Question: If I am interested in getting featured on LoveCove Models Showcase, but I do not wish to join as a member, what other options do I have?

Answer: Good question. Happy you asked! LoveCove Models Showcase has representative in the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, the Caribbean, the Netherland and other countries of Europe, which supplies us with tons of photos from models who would like to be featured on our site. You do not have to join us, but if you do... you will be featured on our site, as long as you are not a nude model. LoveCove.net, is only interested in showcasing talented models, image stylists, actresses, dancers, singers, photographers, fashion designers, etc., who are serious about their careers and have decided to join us as members for the extraordinary exposure we do provide.

Our Regular Membership is only US $59. This fee has been waived between January 1, 2004 and March 31, 2004. We are also offering a FREE listing of Models Fan Clubs on our site.

If you submit your photos to us and we believe your LOOK is promotable, we will contact you via email within 3-5 business days. YOU WILL ONLY BE CONTACTED IF WE ARE INTERESTED IN PROMOTING YOU ON LOVECOVE.NET, as well as OFF-LINE. If you are not contacted this does not mean your look is not marketable to other agencies or modeling managers.

Question: What Will An Online Portfolio Do For Me?

Answer: An online portfolio is a wonderful thing! It is the best way to promote yourself to clients, photographers, and agencies worldwide. Your online portfolio cannot be lost or damoged; costs nothing to email, and shows you as a PROFESSIONAL. You will save hundreds or thousands of dollars by reducing your need for printed cards, overnight delivery services, couriers, postage, etc.

Question: Will I become a LoveCove Model when I sign up as a Member?

Answer: Sorry. No. We are not a modeling agency. LoveCove Models Showcase, as our name implies, is simply offering talented, aspiring and professional models, photographers, image stylist, fashion designers, dancers and actresses a great opportunity to have our site visitors, clients and fashion industry professionals, see YOUR PICTURES and/or FEATURE, and learn more about YOU (or your business) as well. Our interest is in helping our featured models become successful.

Question: Will signing up as a member of LoveCove Models Showcase help me if I want to become a model?

Answer: Yes. By getting featured on LoveCove.net, you are allowing fashion, beauty and entertainment professionals to view your page and the possibility to get work or project offers. We do NOT make any guarantees to find work for any of the models, photographers, image stylists, fashion designers, dancers or actresses featured on our site.

Question: By getting featured with my pictures on LoveCove.net, will I be guaranteed work?

Answer: No. Please refer to the preceeding answer. Every industry professional that views your feature, is really looking for a specific look and style, and you may or may not fit those criterias.

Question: How Does LoveCove.net Compare With Other Modeling Sites?

Question: Can you give us specific information on "THE LOOK" that fashion and entertainment professionals are seeking?

Answer: Unfortunately not. The specific look that any of these industry professionals are looking for may change periodically. It depends on what type of job they are seeking models for. Your best bet is to be constantly updating your photo portfolio to match what's "in".

Question: Are there any height, weight or other requirements for being a Model or a LoveCove Models Showcase Member?

Answer: LoveCove.net offers feature opportunities to all categories of models (music videos, commercial, print, runway, plus size, fitness, editorial, lingerie, swimsuit, etc.). Industry needs change periodically, and you’ll never know when your LOOK and STYLE is what is needed right Now!

Question: Who are the industry professionals who have access to find models on LoveCove Models Showcase?

Answer: Music video producers, fashion magazine publishers, top photographers, modeling agencies, film producers, modeling agents, managers, etc. Please go to our "About Us" page on www.lovecove.net for more information.

Question: What type of pictures would you recommend that I sent to you for my portfolio feature on LoveCove.net?

Answer: 1. One or Two close-up headshots, a couple three quarters shots (from the waist up), and a couple full-length body shots (with fitted clothing, bikini or swimsuit to show your legs and/or figure).

Do not use too much make up.
Keep your hair stylish and slightly diferent for each photo shot.
Smile in some photos, but not in all of them. This way professionals can see you with a variety of looks.
Do not use too many accessories or to much trendy clothing. YOU should be the focus of your photos.
Do NOT send us blurry or dark photos. They will do you no good!

Question: What happens if an industry professional is interested in me, and wants to book me for job?

Answer: LoveCove Models Showcase, will try to ensure that all offers you receive are legitimate and serious. However, we cannot guarantee that every single offer will be a legitimate offer. You still must use your own good judgement, or refer the offer to your agent or manager. We will accept no liabilities whatsover for any offer you receive that are frivolus or a complete waste of your time. Just be smart, act professional, and be extremely carefull.

Please Note: We do not list your email address or any contact information in your feature. That way we can offer you some measure of security. It is up to you to make sure all of your contact information is current in our files.

Question: What happens if I start to get work, and need representation?

Answer: Every working model needs professional representation, so you should seek a professional and reliable agent or manager as soon as you can. Ask other successfull models, who their managers or agents are. Get references.
